Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unworn and unwashed items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship the Items
Send your package to our quality control center using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received safely.
Inspection and Refund
Once our team verifies the condition of the return, we will process your refund or initiate the production of your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
